nutritional consultations
My wellness toolbox combines conscious eating with wholefood and includes using:
- biochemic tissue salts and nutritional supplements
- bioresonance and quantum biofeedback
- Ayurvedic principles...
to help return the body back to balance. My guiding principle is that small changes in your lifestyle can have far reaching effects on your life. So lets get ready to take a quantum leap to wellness.....
A nutritional consultation with Belinda Rennie can help you:
- select foods which are more compatible with your body type. Take the nutritional type test now.
- address food sensitivities
- identify nutritional deficiencies and help correct them
- manage specific health problems using food as medicine
- plan meals suitable to your lifestyle and cultural background
But the challenge lies in creating time and space to apply this knowledge to ourselves. If you would like clear goals for healthy eating and motivation to stay on track email belinda@lifestyle-uae.com. or call Cooper Clinic 043486344 Al Wasl Rd Umm Suqeim 2 for an appointment.
First time appointments are advised to book a package for the first month which includes an initial consultation (1 hour 15 mins), a follow up appointment (45 mintues) and email contact.
It is useful to start a food diary a week before your appointment and on the day bring your medical reports, supplements and medication. Know your nutritional type by completing the online questionniare before your first appointment.
